Current Melda OS scope. The dashboard supports idea capture, briefs, hooks, scripts, artifact approvals, and Google Docs/Drive delivery. Voice capture, Telegram, proactive reminders, automatic performance tracking, and future-chat style memory are not available. The broader examples in this guide describe possible custom workflows; any additional build needs its own agreed scope and demonstration. See the current workspace.

The coach’s content trap

You know the pattern. You post consistently for two weeks, DMs pick up, then three client deadlines land at once and posting stops — and two months of momentum dies quietly. Agencies and freelancers can help, but briefing and reviewing still take time. Doing it all yourself means content competes with billable work.

The missing piece isn’t discipline. It’s a system that captures what you already know while you work, and turns it into review-ready drafts without asking you to rebuild the process each week.

An example week in your workspace

  • Monday. Choose two ideas from your Pipeline. Ask Emmy to develop briefs from the context you supply, then review each brief.
  • Tuesday. Develop hooks and scripts from the approved briefs. Check facts, add your phrasing, and approve the writing when it is ready.
  • Wednesday. Record both pieces back-to-back. Hand footage to your editor — the workflow packages the approved briefs.
  • Friday. Check performance in your publishing tools. Bring your observations and finished text to Chat to explore an adaptation for next week.

The workflow keeps the supporting work — organizing ideas, preparing scripts and briefs, and reviewing the current artifact — in one pipeline.

Bring your expertise into the draft

Notes between sessions become ideas you can develop later. Paste text or bring a transcript from your recording tool.
Recurring client questions turn into a content pipeline — from anonymized themes you add, never private material.
A workshop transcript gives Chat material for hooks, script ideas, and text adaptations. Supply the relevant text and review each result.
Your frameworks guide the work. Supply your examples and source material, then check every factual claim before sharing a draft.
Nothing publishes without you — your reputation is your practice. The engine prepares; you sign off.
Share through Google Docs and Drive. Connect the required accounts for artifact delivery. Record, edit video, and publish through your existing tools.

You didn’t start coaching to become a full-time content creator. With an engine, you stay the expert on camera while a governed workflow keeps capture, planning, draft preparation, and handoffs moving.
